Our regular consultation hours are Evening 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM, Monday through Saturday. Sunday appointments are available on prior request only.
Do you provide emergency services?
Yes, we have a dedicated emergency care line available 24/7 for urgent liver-related medical situations.
Do I need a referral to consult?
No, a referral is not strictly necessary. You can directly book an appointment for a primary liver evaluation with our experts.
When should I consult a liver specialist?
You should consult a hepatologist or liver specialist if you exhibit symptoms of liver dysfunction such as unexplained jaundice (yellow skin/eyes), dark urine, abdominal swelling (ascites), chronic fatigue, or persistent right upper quadrant pain. Additionally, if your routine blood tests show persistently elevated liver enzymes (ALT/AST), or if you have risk factors like chronic Hepatitis B/C, obesity, or diabetes, a specialist consultation is crucial.
How can I keep my liver healthy?
Maintaining liver health involves a balanced approach: eat a nutrient-rich diet low in processed foods and refined sugars, exercise regularly to maintain a healthy weight, moderate or eliminate alcohol consumption, stay vaccinated against Hepatitis A and B, avoid sharing personal hygiene items that could transmit viral hepatitis, and be cautious with over-the-counter medications and supplements, as they can sometimes strain the liver.
